Step 1
Make sure you have all your materials!
Step 2
Cut the length you want your chain to be
Step 3
Get your feather and your chain and thread the feather through
Step 4
<Like dis ;P
you can hot glue gun it to make sure it stays but you dont always need to.
Step 5
thread your bobby pin through the to of the chain. You can use a multiple amount depending onn how thik or thin your hair is
Step 6
And TADA!!! its that easy!!!
