Something cute for the holidays... or everyday!
All I did was cut 1 x 4 inch fabric pieces then I tied them to a wire coat hanger that I formed into a circle! I made this one with just everyday colors... but it would be fun to make a orange/black for Halloween or green/red for Christmas!
