• 

  Step 1

  Start with a plain, clean face.

• 

  Step 2

  Next, thinly line under your eyes with liquid eyeliner. Then use pencil liner to create little faded lines coming from it. Make a tiny cat's eye, with just a flick of your pencil on the ends of your eyes.

  Step 3

  Make a small little kissy mouth with pencil eyeliner, then fill it in with red lipstick.

  Step 4

  Do Emilie's signature heart, draw a line with liquid eyeliner and add a little heart at the end. Fill in with red lipstick.
  (do red eyeshadow, I forgot to add until the very end...)

  Step 5

  You may choose to dye your hair red to complete this look. (sorry mine didn't go completely red)

  Step 6

  Finish your look off with some white face powder, and you're done. Now go prance about in your stripey tights.

  DONE.
