    The snuggle blanket for this Elephant snuggle is a basic granny square. With double crochets. I’ve gotten the basics from Heather on little tin bird.

    slst = slip stitch
    sc = single crochet
    hdc = half double crochet
    dc = double crochet
    dec = Use the invisible decrease, insert your hook into the front loops of the next two stitches, yarn over draw through the first two loops, yarn over through the remaining two stitches
    inc = 2 sc in next stitch
    FLO = Front loops only
    BLO = Back loops only

    Ultimate finish

    This basic granny square is made with clusters of 3 double crochet. The first cluster always starts with a chain 3, and follows up with 2 double crochet (The chain 3 acts as a double crochet).
    Between every cluster there is a chain 1, except on the corners, in the corner there are 2 chains.
