Step 1Wal-mart brand 1 box. If you have a taste for the fancy stuff go for it.

Step 2This is what the sesame seed oil looks like in the Asian food section, I had a hard time finding it the first time.

Regular soy sauce, egg, sugar ,salt and pepper is what is need also.

Step 4Start just the chicken broth to boil.

Step 5After the chicken broth is boiling add all other ingredients except the egg, and whisk together. Keep the broth mixture on the boil.

Step 6In a separate bowl whisk the eggs to the usual scramble look. Then slowly pour the egg in the broth while boiling in a small steady stream as seen here. While you are doing this the broth is flash boiling the eggs as it makes contact and creates a small shredded eggs in the soup. So don't rush it.

Step 7I like to let it boil for a min or 2 more to make sure are the eggs are done. Then just pour it in a bowl, to me this is my chicken noodle soup!
