Fairy skirt !
Holiday season is with us and little people are making requests.I have a three yrs old niece who wanted dressing up outfit.This was inspired by a halloween scrunchy just on a bigger scale.Time to get out the ribbon box and play.You really use any fabric you have around

You Will Need

Step 1Just take waist size plus 5cm.Knot to make a waist band.
Loop ribbons around varying the length. -
Step 2I made a tiny shank button bracelet to match.I also made a small book ( cover shown drying here)for her to make up a story about her adventures as a wood fairy
