• 

  Step 1

  Go to your local thrift store and purchase as many mugs as you need.

  While your out shopping, pick up the other supplies. I got my hot chocolate packets at costco in bulk.

• 

  Step 2

  Soak your mugs in hot soapy water.
  Wash and dry them by hand.

• 

  Step 3

  Stuff your mugs with hot chocolate packets and mini marshmallows.

  You can put anything you want in the mugs.. candies, apple cider packets with a cinnamon stick, gourmet coffee.. the possibilities are endless!

• 

  Step 4

  Put the mug into a cellophane bag.

  As you tie the opening shut with the ribbon.. add a candy cane for decoration.

I have made cappuccino "hugs in a mug" for Valentine's Day. I bought mugs from a discount store for 50 cents each, packets and teddy bears. I placed them in cellophane then in lined baskets that I bought at yard sales this past summer. Thanks for your input!
