Yummy banana muffins without the animal products!
I make these yummy banana muffins about once a month they are especially delicious in the morning or as a late night snack.
BONUS! These muffins are completely vegan and don't require any special egg or milk substitutions. I have also included the substitutions if you don't like vegan food, but I doubt you wont LOVE these!

You Will Need

Step 1
First gather your ingredients, for the banana muffins you will need:
*3 fully ripe bananas (mashed)
*1/4 cup applesauce or (2 eggs)
*1 Tsp melted butter/margarine
*1 cup sugar
*1/2 tsp Nutmeg
*2 cups BisquickFor the crumble top you will need:
*3 Tlb flour,
*3 Tlb brown sugar
*1/4 tsp cinnamon
*2Tlb soft butter/margarineIf you are unable to find Bisquick here is a link to make your own using flour, baking soda, baking powder, and vegetable shortening.
