Step 1
get ur duct tape..u need about 3 inches
Step 2
fold in half..and snip ugly edges
Step 3
fold accrdian style...four times
Step 4
it should look like this
Step 5
take a thin peice of tape..and secure the bow
Step 6
flip the fringes upside down..to get a prettier bow
Step 7
add a bobby pin and thats it :)
