Tasted just like they serve at Don Pablos restaurant.
We used to have a Don Pablos restaurant in town and we used to go there all the time. Sadly, it closed a few years ago, but I was excited to find this recipe for a copycat verison

It was super easy to make and only took a few minutes to make. I used a food processor and it worked, but I would recommend using a blender instead if you have as it completely filled the food processor and was messy to mix and to pour into containers. I ended up with two large jars and if you didn't want to make that much, you might want to cut the recipe in half.

blender
1 tomatoes
1/2 cup onion
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 tomatoes
