Cute, Stylish, Quick and Easy Vial Necklace & Desk Display
This kit was given to me free via CutOutAndKeep and MakersKit to test, review and make this tutorial. Who doesn't love getting free crafting supplies, let alone DIY Kits?! Of course I was going to say yes! This kit is a DIY Terrarium Vial Necklace Kit which also includes a small desk or shelf display vial as well. It is cute, stylish, quick and easy to make. Did I mention how cute it is?! Oh and the best part it uses dormant moss so there is absolutely NO having to water or tend to the terrarium. Great for those of us who don't have green thumbs, I am guilty of killing more than one plant including a cactus (which is very hard to do).

The link for the this kit is listed below (It is a set so it comes with a DIY Dream Catcher Kit, and yes there will be a tutorial for that as well):

Now it is time to fill the vial with sand, you will need your vial, the sand, the tapered dowel to move things around and your scissors to cut a corner of the bag off to allow for easy pouring into the vial.

When you are done designing your terrarium go ahead and use the superglue and glue the cork topper to the vial itself. That way it won't come off, even if the stopper fits tightly its definitely secure and not going anywhere.

    Step 11

Complete theses steps with the 2nd vial necklace from the kit, or as many times as vials you have. And for the desk terrarium, follow steps 6, 7 and 8. You can do 9 but it isn't completely necessary its not being worn. And you are ready to display the mini terrarium on your desk, shelf or anywhere else you would like to put it.
