You Will Need

    Fold your cape in hand and then fold it in half again. Then, away from the edges, cut a circular shape.

    Unfold the cape so it is only folded in half and then cut a neck hole in the middle of the folded edge.

I'm thinking of doing with with printed color fabric, and when I'd wear like all black with no prints and then my cape would have print on it. Happy
