• 

  Step 1

  Gather supplies.

  Step 2

  Cut sequin elastic into 5-inch segment. Put hot glue on one end of the strip on the elastic side.

• 

  Step 3

  Glue the two ends together so they form a loop. Let the glue dry.
  Cut the bias tape so it's twice as long as the loop.

  Step 4

  Flatten the loop and tie the bias tape around its center. Tie it tight, and then adjust the sequin elastic so they're even.Pull the ends of the bias tape down so they look like bow tails!

  Step 5

  Glue the bow to your clip. Make sure the glue is on the side with the knot. Let the glue dry.

  There you have it! Sweet sequin bows!
