• 

  Step 1

  Wash your bottle then cut off the top.

• 

  Step 2

  Cut the top of the bottle in strips and cut them off,
  cut as close to the hard plastic of the neck of the bottle as you can.

• 

  Step 3

  Take your second bottle cap and push it around the plastic you just cut, this will be the bottom.
  This may take a bit of cutting and pushing because you don't want the bottom to be loose, screw the original bottle cap on.
