Step 1
Brown the mince, onion & garlic together.
Step 2
Sprinkle in the herbs.

Cook out for a minute.
Step 3
Add the rice.

Stir to Coat the rice.
Step 4
Add the tomato.

Stir through.
Step 5
Add the peppers.

Stir through.
Step 6
Add the Worcestershire sauce & chicken stock.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat & cook until rice is soft.
Step 7
Serve.
