A simple and fun way to add some flair to your vase.
Really easy, just cover ripped bits of tissue paper in mod podge over the glass of the vase and let dry. I got this vase from the dollar store and bought some fake flowers because I'm not big on plant upkeep lol. It looks great though! =)
