Darling Rainbow Tutu For Barbie

Rainbow Stripe Tulle with Hologram Stars and Dots makes an adorable Tutu for Barbie.
This fabric is so fun. It immediately made me think of Barbie®. I cut a strip of tulle 5" x 25". Cut 7" of 1/4" elastic(1" on each end to hold onto). Straight needled tulle to 5" of elastic stretched to the max with tulle slightly off center. Stitch ends together at tulle, and clip. Can't wait to make her a leotard to go with it.
