• 

  Step 1

  Cut strips of construction paper. Have at least 10 strips of different colors.

  Step 2

  Hole puch both sides

• 

  Step 3

  String all the pieces together

• 

  Step 4

  Tie it off

• 

  Step 5

  Bend them to an angle

• 

  Step 6

  Start "opening" it- move the pape around to form the shape
  Note: DO NOT CUT IT OFF THE STRING YET

  You may need to adjust the shape and form the hook.

  Step 7

  Embellish with ribbon. Tie off, too form the hook to hang it on the tree, use the excess part of the string still attached or connect ed to the ball, fold it down, and then tie a normal know. I'm sorry if that isn't clear, message or comment if you cant figure it out. You can also use ribbon to create a hook.
