• 

  Step 1

  First take one of these little thingys that you can get out of those dispensers for like 25cents.
  And make two holes.
  I used a tack.

  Step 2

  Next you'll just need some black nail polish

• 

  Step 3

  Paint both the top and bottom with the black nail polish

• 

  Step 4

  Next you'll need white nail polish to create your penguin's tummy! :)

• 

  Step 5

  It should look like this!

  Step 6

  Now your penguin will need some eyes :p

• 

  Step 7

  Next I took some orange nail polish to create the beak

• 

  Step 8

  And this is what it looks like (:
  Isn't it cute?
  I also added little black dots to the eyes..

• 

  Step 9

  Now you'll just need some scissors to cut some thread and a sewing needle.

• 

  Step 10

  Take the needle and thread and put it through the fist hole.

• 

  Step 11

  And then through the second....

• 

  Step 12

  Don't go all the way through. You should only have this much of the ends sticking out.

• 

  Step 13

  Then tie the two strings in a couple of knots

• 

  Step 14

  pull...

• 

  Step 15

  And done!! It's pretty easy.
