And I told myself I'd never wear one.
I just whipped this up because of extreme boredom. I don't suppose I'll ever wear it. I may just give it to a friend.

Converted into a how-to!

  • Step 1

    Chain enough to fit snugly around your head. Go back over this chain to make it thicker.

  • Step 2

    When you get back to the beginning, chain 8. Then connect this a stitch close by with a slip stitch.

    Keep repeating this step until you have enough petals.

    Make sure you connect them in a circular manner, or it won't look like a flower. D:

  • Step 3

    To connect the headband together, bring the yarn to the back of the flower (the part that will be in contact with your hair, so you won't see it) and slip stitch the ends together.

  • Step 4

    Finish off your last stitch and weave in the ends.

  • Step 5

    Now do your idiotic victory dance. (;

I'll get to it when I have a break from school, but right now, my time is really packed. (:

Yes, it was very easy to make. (:
I used only single crochet and slip stitches for the entire thing.

It is very lovely. I am a novice at crochet - was it easy to make?
