Cream egg bars Just like a cream egg in a bar.
Heat oven 150/300 degrees.
Base...
Cream together butter, salt, vanilla & icing sugar.
Add cocoa & flour.
Stir to combine.
Press into a tray.
Prick holes in the dough.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
Filling...
Mix together syrup, butter, salt & vanilla until smooth & creamy.
Add the icing sugar a little at a time until combined.
Remove 1/3 of the mixture & colour yellow.
Marble the white & yellow together.
Press on top of the base.
Topping...
Melt the chocolate.
Pour over the filling.
Allow to set.
Cut & serve.
