  all you need is a pair of old tights...

  Step 2

  ...and nail polish.

• 

  Step 3

  it s VERY IMPORTANT, that you construe the whole floor (where you work) with old newspapers.
  and that you open the window...

• 

  Step 4

  now spread many many splashs of color all over your tight.
  don t forget the back-, the left- and the right-hand side.

• 

  Step 5

I think if you use very bright fabric paint it could work. But i hadnt fabric paint at the Time i made this project ;)

could you use like fabric paint, would it last longer than nail polish. or do you think nail polish would be a better idea?
