  Step 1

  you can make this from scratch but I decided to use a old pair of leggings because they were already fit to my leg

  fold your legging at the part you want to lace up and poke holes through to make room for the lace.

  cut down the middle between the two lines of holes to separate each side

  then lace em up!

wow! they look amazing ^^ when you cut the legging part off, do you have to hem it?
and do the holes unravel at all, or ladder?
im really scared of that happening... :/
but they look really nice ^^

I'm not really a fabric person but I used the shiny/pleather looking leggings which doesn't really tear (I don't know why haha) but I'm pretty sure if you used normal plain black leggings it would tear so you would have to hem it and use eyelets ^ ^
