An easy way to dress up an otherwise plain dress :)
My school had a Burlesque-themed dinner a few weeks ago, and we all had to dress up to the theme. Not wanting to do anything too "sexy" for a school event, I made this belt to make a dress I already had look a bit more "Burlesque-ey". This was fairly simple to make, and really made the outfit :)
