You Will Need
Base
7 oz
Digestives
Crumbed
Cheesecake
400 g
Cream Cheese
4 oz
Icing Sugar
3 oz
Butter
Melted
7 oz
Chocolate
Melted
Filling
4 oz
Cookie Dough

Step 1Base...
Combine the butter & digestives together.
Press into a tin.

Step 2Cheesecake...
Combine the cream cheese & icing sugar.

Step 3Add the chocolate.
Mix in to combine.

Step 4Sprinkle chunks of cookie dough over the base.

Step 5Top with some of the cheesecake mixture.
Continue to layer with cookie dough & cheesecake.

Step 6Top with more cookie dough.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hrs.

Step 7Cut & serve.
