Step 1
cut the ends of the pencils as equal as possible
Step 2
hot glue them together in the formation you want, the side that you want to see should be face down
Step 3
hot glue them to the ring base or wire
Step 4
done!

ya you just need to line them up so you cut them all at one time and they are as equal as you can get and just cut! THANKS EVERYONE!
