In lieu of having actually cold weather I’m pretending that the weather is a bit cooler than it is and making myself a lot of delicious coffee drinks. I’ve been drinking coffee like it’s illegal lately and I just can’t seem to get enough of it. I feel like Daisy Buchanan in the midst of prohibition. It’s also Monday, so why not really push the prohibition theme and have a coffee cordial while we’re at it?
