Coconut Slice Chocolate & coconut bars.
Very addictive.
Heat oven 160/320 degrees.
Mix together butter, sugar, vanilla & egg.
Mix in flours, cocoa & coconut.
Pour into tin.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Icing...
Combine the icing sugar & cocoa.
Add butter & water.
Stir to combine.
Spread the icing on the warm cake.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Allow to cool.
Cut & serve.
