Chocolate & coconut bars. Very addictive.

You will need

Base
150 g Butter Melted 200 g Brown Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla 60 g Plain Flour 45 g Self-Raising Flour 30 g Cocoa 40 g Coconut
Icing
200 g Icing Sugar 30 g Cocoa 20 g Butter 2 tbsp Boiling Water
Topping
2 tbsp Coconut

Chocolate & coconut bars. Very addictive.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 160/320 degrees. Mix together butter, sugar, vanilla & egg.

2. 

   Mix in flours, cocoa & coconut.

3. 

   Pour into tin. Bake for 25-30 mins.

4. 

   Icing... Combine the icing sugar & cocoa.

5. 

   Add butter & water. Stir to combine.

6. 

   Spread the icing on the warm cake.

7. 

   Sprinkle with coconut. Allow to cool.

8. 

   Cut & serve.
