This is easy to make.

It tastes really moorish & is very addictive.

You can colour the mixture any colour you like or simply leave it plain.

Step 1
Mix the condensed milk & icing sugar together.
Step 2
Add the coconut & mix through.
Step 3
Split the mixture in half.

Mix one half of the mixture with the food colouring.
Step 4
Press the uncoloured mixture into a tin.
Step 5
Press the coloured mixture on top.
Step 6
Cut into cubes.

Allow to set for a few hours before eating.
