You Will Need

Step 1
draw a clow in a paper, cut it and use it as a pattern

cut two clouds

Step 3
one is going to be the backside the other the frontside. sew on the backside the safety pin, on the frontside the two eyes with black little balls.

Step 4
on the back side sew little blue balls the drops.

Step 5
put together both sides, and put inside the cotton
and finish!
