This was an attempt at recreating Starbuck's luxury fruit toast and it was really tasty.

Step 1Soak the fruit with the sugar and earl grey tea overnight.

Step 2Whisk the egg in to your fruit.

Step 3Whisk together the flour with the baking powder.

Step 4Sift the flour with the spices into the fruit.

Step 5Mix and then knead the mixture into a thick dough.
-
Step 6Place your dough in a greased loaf tin.
-
Step 7Bake in a hot oven set to 180'C for 55 minutes until golden.

A yummy recipe! I am going to make it for halloween! I usually make some different bread (mostly pumpkin) during Halloween and send it to my neighbors and close people. I think will give it a try!
