• Step 1

  First you want to cut the bags down to the height that you want.

• 

  Step 2

  Next you will want to decorate your foam sticker shapes, or buy some already glittery (they just cost more)

• 

  Step 3

  I painted the paint onto the stamp then stamped the stamp on the paper, that way you don't get clumps, the lunch sac paper is thin.

• 

  Step 4

  Then you want to put glitter on the paint and add your foam shapes. I will prolly add bows or something once cookies are in them.
  Lo Fin! And you are ready to bake your cookies.
