    Step 1

    Take a pair of chopsticks, clean them well if they're not new, and cut two lengths of ribbon.

    Place a few drops of glue on to the chopsticks and wrap the ribbon around the end.

    Step 3

    Next take two lengths of wire and wrap the wire around the chopsticks to secure the ribbon in place.

    Step 4

    Cut two lengths of jewellery elastic and tie the elastic around the chopsticks.

    Step 5

    Attach a charm, bead or trinket and secure in to place.

    Step 6

    Decorate the tail or tails depending with beads or whatever pretty things you like.

Btw, if you go to Panda Express or some other chinese food place, most of the time they'll give you a few pairs of chopsticks for free. My mom went to Panda to ask for some for the Chinese New Year (she's a kindergarten teacher) and they gave her 300 pairs! She and her teaching partners are set for 5 years!!

Nice Idea. I wonder can same process can be used with skewers without cutting one end to make it blunt?
