Step 1
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and soy milk.
Step 2
Heat up a frying pan with a little butter and pour a small circle of batter for your first pancake. Sprinkle the top with some salted peanuts and wait for the pancake to cook.
Step 3
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
Step 4
Serve four in a stack, spreading the top of each with peanut butter and sprinkling crushed peanuts on top.
