Chocolate Panna Cotta
This is a great, easy to make ahead dish.
You can use dark, milk or white chocolate.

Step 1Oil the serving dishes.
Heat cream & sugar in a pan until warm.

Step 2Combine the water & gelatine.
Allow to sit for 2 mins.

Step 3Add the chocolate to the cream mixture.
Stir until the chocolate has melted.

Step 4Add the gelatine mixture to the chocolate mixture.
Stir to combine.

Step 5Pour into dishes.
Allow to cool then refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Step 6Serve.
