• 

  Step 1

  Cream butter, cream cheese & sugar together

• 

  Step 2

  Add egg yolk, orange juice & almond extract.

  Stir through.

• 

  Step 3

  Combine flour, salt & baking powder.

  Stir until combine.

• 

  Step 4

  Add 3 cups of coconut.

  Stir to combine.

  Place in fridge for 1/2 hour.

• 

  Step 5

  Heat oven 175 degrees.

  Roll table spoon full of dough.

  Roll in remaining coconut.

• 

  Step 6

  Poke hole in the ball.

  Bake for 8-10 mins.

• 

  Step 7

  Fill hole with chocolate spread.

  Allow to cool.

• 

  Step 8

  Serve.

We used to make cookies like this with a peanut butter cookie recipe and the chocolate kisses, but love the new spin on it with coconut! Favorited to try some time.
