Step 1
Heat oven 425/220 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients & chocolate chips together.
Step 2
In a bowl mix wet ingredients together.
Step 3
Mix together wet & dry ingredients until just combined, (about 12 turns.)
Step 4
Pour into muffin cases.

Bake at 425/220 degrees for 5 mins.

Reduce temp to 375/190 degrees bake for 12-15 mins.
Step 5
Allow to cool for 10 mins before eating.
