Easy & tasty chocolate chip muffins. You need to remember to adjust the oven temp.

You will need

2 1/2 cup Plain Flour 1 tbsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Butter Melted 1 cup Sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup Buttermilk 1 tbsp Vanilla 1 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Description

Easy & tasty chocolate chip muffins. You need to remember to adjust the oven temp.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 425/220 degrees. Mix dry ingredients & chocolate chips together.

2. 

   In a bowl mix wet ingredients together.

3. 

   Mix together wet & dry ingredients until just combined, (about 12 turns.)

4. 

   Pour into muffin cases. Bake at 425/220 degrees for 5 mins. Reduce temp to 375/190 degrees bake for 12-15 mins.

5. 

   Allow to cool for 10 mins before eating.
