Chocolate chip cookies
This is a great recipe that can be baked straight away or refrigerated for later.
You can add sea salt to the top of the cookies before baking if you like.

Step 1Heat oven 350 / 180 degrees.
Melt butter.

Step 2Mix flour, Bicarb, corn flour & salt together.

Step 3In a bowl mix butter & sugars together.
Add vanilla.

Step 4Add eggs one at a time.
Mix well.

Step 5Add the flour mixture gradually.
Mix until a dough is formed.

Step 6Mix in chocolate chips.

Step 7Scoop mixture into balls on tray.
Leave space between each cookie.

Step 8Bake for 11-13 mins.
Allow to cool on the tray for 5 mins before transferring to rack.

Step 9Serve.
