This is a great recipe that can be baked straight away or refrigerated for later. You can add sea salt to the top of the cookies before baking if you like.
This is a great recipe that can be baked straight away or refrigerated for later. You can add sea salt to the top of the cookies before baking if you like.
Heat oven 350 / 180 degrees. Melt butter.
Mix flour, Bicarb, corn flour & salt together.
In a bowl mix butter & sugars together. Add vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time. Mix well.
Add the flour mixture gradually. Mix until a dough is formed.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Scoop mixture into balls on tray. Leave space between each cookie.
Bake for 11-13 mins. Allow to cool on the tray for 5 mins before transferring to rack.
Serve.
