Step 1Heat oven 200/390 degrees.
Coat chicken in flour, salt & pepper.
Fry in oil until golden on the outside.
Place in a dish.

Step 2Add the garlic, mushrooms & a little oil to the pan.
Fry until softened.

Step 3Add the chicken stock & cream.
Stir until heated through.

Step 4Pour over the chicken.
Bake for 40 mins until cooked through.

Step 5Serve.
