Chicken & mushroom Rice Tasty & easy to make.
Heat oven 190 degrees.
Heat oil & butter together.
Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, paprika & onion powder.
Fry until browned.
Fry mushrooms, onions & garlic for a few mins.
Add salt and pepper.
Add rice & stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer until tender & chicken is cooked through.
Add cheese & parsley.
Stir through.
Serve.
