Step 1
Heat oven 175 degrees.

Cream butter & sugars together.
Step 2
Add egg & vanilla.

Stir through.
Step 3
Mix in the flour, cinnamon, bicarb, salt, baking powder & nutmeg.
Step 4
Fold in the oats.
Step 5
Spoon onto the tray.

Bake for 8-10 mins.

Cool on the tray.
Step 6
Serve.
