Dark chocolate brownies with cherries and walnuts
Whisk together the oil and the sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
Whisk together the flour and cocoa.
Whisk the flour into the oil.
Add the walnuts and cherries.
Break in the chocolate.
Mix until well combined.
Grease a baking tin and spread the batter evenly across the bottom.
Bake in an oven at 200'c for 18 minutes and leave to cool.
Cut into squares and serve.
