Step 1Mix the egg and sugar till it leaves a trail. I did for 10 mins with a electric hand mixer.

Step 2
Fold in the flour with a metal spoon. Stir 3 times only. Pour it into 2 6'x6' baking tins.

Step 3Bake for 15-25 min at 7. I think it's about 160 degrees. Insert a skewer, it should come out clean when cooked.
The colour of cake should be yellow all over.

Step 4Put it on a baking rack and let it cool. Spread as much cream cheese as you like on a piece of cake. Cover it with another piece. Add strawberries and icing sugar. Done!
