I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition.
I love the term "shoulder angel" and i'm surprised there aren't more angel inspired backpacks because of it, so i decided to make my own. His name is Castiel, from the hit CW show Supernatural.

He's got removable straps that attach at his hands and hips. The clasps at his hands are contrasting, so they can connect together to give hugs. When not in use, they hide in little pockets in his hands.

His stomach opens up to hold banana chips (and other useful items) while his back (modelled here with some pins) opens up to hold a medium sized sketchbook, with pockets for three pens and a wallet/cell phone and is kept closed with two magnetic closures.

I like to use him to carry my yarn and knitting supplies around so he's usually real soft and cuddly, despite his frowny serious face.

Great work and I'm loving your Button choices. My favorites are LSP, THINKGEEK, and I think I see DR.WHO?. Craft ON Smercurial.

Haha, thank you! They were all free pins at comic-con this year (and one i made myself) I'm not sure which one was Doctor Who though, they're all Adventure Time and ThinkGeek (Spock and Leia) and Sherlock pins...

I'm jealous that you went to comic-con and I didn't. Happy maybe I will make it to one before I am 50. I wasn't sure about the one pin if it was Dr. Who or Sherlock. I love both shows.
Keep Crafting!
