This is a tasty carrot cake.
You could eat it without the icing.
You could also use glaze icing instead.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees
cream butter & sugar together.
Add eggs, mix well.

Step 2Add flour & cinnamon.
Stir through.

Step 3Add banana & carrots.
Stir through.

Step 4Pour into a tin.
Bake for 30 mins until cooked through.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 5Spread the butter icing over the top of the cake.

Step 6Cut & serve
