This is a tasty carrot cake. You could eat it without the icing. You could also use glaze icing instead.

You will need

Cake
4 oz Butter 4 oz Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 5 oz Self-Raising Flour 4 oz Carrot(s) Grated 1 small Banana Mashed 1 tsp Cinnamon

Buttercream Icing

Description

This is a tasty carrot cake. You could eat it without the icing. You could also use glaze icing instead.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees cream butter & sugar together. Add eggs, mix well.

2. 

   Add flour & cinnamon. Stir through.

3. 

   Add banana & carrots. Stir through.

4. 

   Pour into a tin. Bake for 30 mins until cooked through. Remove from the oven & cool completely.

5. 

   Spread the butter icing over the top of the cake.

6. 

   Cut & serve
