Doctor Horrible for the win! I needed to make someone a birthday present quickly, and on a budget. So I bought a packet of men's cotton undershirts and some iron on transfer paper. The logo I grabbed from a screenshot of one of the "Behind the scenes" features on my DVD. Print, iron on... ready to go.
